The comprehensive gantry modules make possible precise, vibration-free and warp-resistant structures. With a minimum of assembly work, it is possible to install pick-and-place units on the gantry.
The distinctive feature of this series is the use of a swivel axis instead of the Z-axis. Thus, even lowest ceilings are no longer a problem. The linear guide is mounted directly on the cross tube.
The slide for the horizontal movement is driven by a servo motor via a drive belt and guided by a carriage. Countless gripper systems can be adapted – from a simple single gripper to rotating, exchangeable double grippers and of course customised gripper systems with workpiece querying.
