During insertion, assembly and positioning, the characteristic force-displacement progression is measured, recorded, evaluated and documented.

C-frame: Available in two sizes with bending of practically zero and a C-opening dimension of 1000 mm vertically and 600 mm depth.
Assembly module: Available in four sizes, in the stages 10, 20, 30, 50 KN with a spindle stroke length of 300 mm. Can be combined with four different servo motor output classes.
The servo motor is connected by a drive belt to the high-precision roller thread spindle – it can also be coupled to the spindle directly. Process monitoring and quality assurance:
- Force measurement without force shunts
- Zero backlash path measurement
- Compensation of the elasticity of the machine and the component is done by dynamic
correction control in real-time mode.
- The target values are not exceeded.
